Shipping 

Here at Satori Home Décor, we use these major carriers to ship our items: UPS, FedEx and USPS. We carry products that ship from different warehouses and locations, so final shipping cost is calculated during checkout. If you’ve ordered multiple products, it is likely your items will have separate tracking numbers and will arrive within a few days of each other.

Freight Delivery

Some heavy or oversized items require additional shipping costs. This amount is indicated at checkout and is in addition to our standard shipping and handling fees. 

Order Processing Time

Most orders ship out within 3 to 5 business days and are delivered within 2-10 business days of the order being placed. 

Personalized Items

Some personalized and custom-made items will ship within 10-12 business days for in-stock merchandise. Some candle and favor items will ship within 15 business days. Please place your order at least 3 weeks prior to event date as this will help alleviate possible Rush-shipping charges.

Direct Shipped Items

Some larger items such as statuary items and framed art are "direct shipped" to you by our manufacturers, so additional delivery time is required. Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

We are only able to deliver within the United States. Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs. Additional fees and shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska or Hawaii.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

Do not return any items, damaged or otherwise, without contacting customer service first. Please contact us at customerservice@satorihomedecore.com with the details of your return request and we will let you know how to return the order to us. If an order is returned to us without submitting a return request, the order will not be eligible for return.

A customer may return an eligible item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The product must be returned to us in the same condition the customer received it in with the original tags, box, and other packaging materials. Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged by the customer with scratches, stains, drilling or any other modifications. 

Damaged Merchandise

Inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt of merchandise and report all visible damages, defectives, and discrepancies. Large statues, sculptural décor, and some furniture items must have any visible damage reported within 24 hours to be eligible for a return.

Please notify us as soon as possible if your order is delivered with concealed damaged. Please include a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like part numbers and pictures.

After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the item is eligible for a refund, your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method. Shipping costs may be non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.

Order Cancellations

We pride ourselves in how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be cancelled before the order ships. Please contact us within 1 hour of ordering to be eligible for a full refund. If you don't notify us within 1 hour, we may not be able to cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.

Sale Items

Sale orders cannot be cancelled. Sale items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments or promotions are given on prior sales, they are only valid at the time of purchase.

Exceptions

Some items are only eligible for exchange only. Items that are personalized, perishable, dated, or custom-made are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, motifs, sales & promotional offerings, and wall aquariums.

*Items that are “custom-made” are defined as items that are manufactured on a custom basis. This means that even though you may not have requested that an item be personalized or altered in any way, it may be considered “custom-made” if the item is manufactured on demand to fulfill your processed order.
